Overview

5-axis machining center ideal for the production of medium / small pieces

One single working area equipped with 2 mobile traverses, each one with 2 vacuum cups (TANDEM system). It is possible to add other 2 or more traverses in order to complete all operations of one product in a unique cycle.

The modular system of the traverses allows the application of equipment dedicated to individual processes, such as the TST, M3 and DOUBLECLAMP systems.

DOUBLECLAMP System to concurrently lock 2 pieces. Of great advantage specially in cases of right and left pieces it allows to work both of them in one positioning only. Objective is to complete all operations of one product in a unique cycle.
