This 3D air system covering press can work also without a membrane, to cover parts in difficult shape and allow for high temperatures.

The membrane is required only to glue veneer and the machine is supplied with a fast hooking/unhooking system to allow for fast switching between modes.

The loading/unloading on the same side (via separate trays) makes it fast and simple to manage by a single operator.
The machine is controlled by a PLC that allows to set all working functions from the control board, such as:
– press pre-set start up
– working temperature
– pre-heating time
– pressing time
– minimum pressure during pre-heating phase
– working max pressure
– loading group speed setting
