Overview

Independent side-pressing rollers ensure precise alignment for accurate right-angle cuts.

Both the main saw and scoring saw have independent vertical movements, with the main saw automatically adjusting its height to minimize lift for efficiency and optimal finishing.

The saw carriage, powered by a 2kW servo motor with a rack and pinion drive, automatically adjusts to the panel width, reducing travel distance. It achieves a maximum forward speed of 90m/min and a backward speed of 120m/min.

A hydraulic rear-feeding lift table with a maximum 5-ton loading capacity, combined with both powered and non-powered conveyors, allows flexible panel feeding from the left, right, or rear (configurable and optional).

The powerful, user-friendly software manages the work process with features like detailed reporting, cutting pattern simulations, error alerts, barcode printing, and more. The intuitive HMI further enhances the machine’s reliability.
