UPPER PRODUCT STABILISATION ROLLERS

Pneumatically operated upper top product clamping rollers, controlled by photocells, to keep the product in a stable position during the whole wrapping and cutting operations. One set at inlet and one set at exit of the wrapping wheel. Depending of products to be wrapped the external material of the rollers can change to have a smooth and safe product handling.

WRAPPING UNIT

Stretch film reel ‑ holding wheel driven by a double friction system controlled by a frequency inverter in order to allow continuous adjustment of speed and acceleration. High performance motor with special brake.
