Featured Configuration

1.  Mainly used for brushing uneven surfaces of furniture, wooden doors, cabinets and window frames.

2.  Use emery cloth strips, sisal and abrasive rollers to grind the sharp chamfers, surface burrs, paint accumulation and the edges of workpieces after painting.

3.  Four modular working units: ( 1) double brush rollers, self-rotation combined with lateral movement; (2) brush disc, self-rotation combined with lateral movement; (3) and (4) lateral rollers, self-rotation combined with lateral movement.

4.  Memory function: The workpieces that have been worked on are coded and memorized. When working again, you only need to enter the code, and the machine will automatically adjust the working height according to the memorized data to meet the working requirements.

5.  The fixed workbench is equipped with vacuum adsorption, which can process short and smooth workpieces and ensure efficient raw material transportation even in the process of large grinding.

6.  The surface of the conveyor bed is mirror-finished with high flatness. After high-temperature aging, the material is stable and will not deform, and the precision stability is extremely strong.

7.  The reducer has the function of high-end gear frequency conversion.
