Overview

Device Description

This machine is primarily designed for fine sanding of various furniture, wooden doors, cabinets, wood veneer, and painted surfaces. It can be used in conjunction with any bottom sander to form a sanding line. This connection is primarily for customers with larger production volumes.

The FSG1350R-R-RPA uses a floating mechanism to sand the surface of the board to a desired thickness. The machine then moves on a conveyor table to the bottom sander, where it sands the bottom surface to a desired thickness. This connection allows for simultaneous sanding of both surfaces, reducing labor and increasing production efficiency. It is currently the most efficient sanding equipment upgrade available. It is suitable for fine sanding various furniture, doors, cabinets, and wood veneer and painted surfaces.

Featured Configuration

2. The unique overall “floating” design makes the center of gravity of the floating part stable and the stability is excellent. It is a unique design in China.

3. The equipment frame is welded from thick-walled rectangular steel pipes and has undergone aging treatment. It is strong, stable and not easy to deform, which reduces the vibration of the body when sanding the plate and ensures the sanding accuracy.

4. It adopts a precision worm gear reducer lifting structure, which can achieve a lifting accuracy of 0.05mm through encoder control.

5. The rollers are tested by a dynamic balancing tester, and the correction accuracy can be controlled within the range of 1g-3g, which is 20% higher than the national standard, improving the sanding accuracy and avoiding the generation of ripples .

6. The pressure roller device adopts a unique coarse and fine three-roller transmission structure, which effectively controls the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the plate during sanding.

7. The surface of the conveyor bed is mirror-finished with high flatness. After high-temperature aging, the material is stable and will not deform, and the precision stability is extremely strong.
