The FSG1100R-R-RPA uses a floating mechanism to sand the surface of the board to a desired thickness. The machine then moves on a conveyor to the bottom sander, where it sands the bottom surface to a desired thickness. This connection allows for simultaneous sanding of both surfaces, reducing labor and increasing production efficiency. It is currently the most efficient sanding equipment upgrade available.
