2. The planer + fixed rear roller + combined sanding frame are combined together, planing first and then sanding, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.

3. The planer roller uses 174 German Tiger brand carbide profiled blades, 6 groups of which are distributed spirally along the axial direction. The planer has a small helix angle and a curved edge blade, which can ensure the quality and efficiency of planing.

4. The whole machine is equipped with a three-stage adjustable segmented pressure shoe and a double pressure roller combination to ensure the stability and safety of the plate during the sanding process. The front bulletproof mechanism can quickly prevent the plate from rebounding in an instant.
