Libra 10 TC 95

The wide belt sander model Libra 10 is a versatile machine, which allows small shops with small production to obtain perfectly calibrated and sanded parts with a limited investment. It has a compact and sturdy structure, great machining precision, ease of use and safety for the operator. The Libra 10 is a machine recommended for sanding solid wood components; furthermore it can be equipped for veneered panels sanding.

Overview

The machine benefits from a sturdy frame in tubular steel with monolithic structure and working units mounted in high position. It also provides:

• Sanding belt tensioning rollers with fulcrum in the centre horizontally pivoted to compensate for tapered belts

• Sanding belts electronic tracking system

• Sanding belt placement from the left side

• Pressure infeed roller rubber coated and grooved with anti kick-back system

• Floating rubber coated (40 Sh) pressure rollers with differentiated compression

• Infeed flexible steel pressure plate on first operating group

• Automatic brake for rapid shutdown of operating groups
